Ana Forrest & Jose Calarco
You are receiving this email because you are registered for at least one of the upcoming Forrest Yoga workshops. We are very excited to have Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco in Salt Lake City, and especially at our studio. Please review this email in detail as it contains important information and next steps to be prepared for this amazing event.
Each participant must sign a copy of Ana Forrest specific waiver BEFORE the event. EVEN IF YOU HAVE SIGNED A WAIVER WITH 21STYOGA YOU MUST SIGN THIS ONE SPECIFICALLY FOR FORREST YOGA. The waiver can be found at the following link: http://www.anaforrest.yoga/waiver/
Once you have electronically signed the waiver, you will receive an email confirmation. Either take a screen shot or print off a copy of this email to bring into the studio the day of the event. You WILL NOT be allowed to attend if you do not have proof that you signed the waiver with you on the day of the event!
Please bring your own props and yoga equipment to the workshop(s)
• Yoga mat
• 1-2 blocks
• 1 yoga strap
• Rolled up yoga mat aka: Forrest Roll
• Water bottle
Parking will be extremely limited. If we experience an overflow in the 21st Yoga parking lot, you will be directed across the street to Mountain America. You may park in the south-most portion of their parking lot. Please do not park near the north entrance of the bank. Also, please do not park on the east side of our building. Those spots are reserved for the bicycle shop and dentist office. Thank you. Make accommdations to carpool, bike, walk, scooter or any other alternative mode of transportation to help us limit congestion. We thank you in advance for your efforts.
ARRIVE EARLY, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to each session. We will lock the doors PROMPTLY at the start time of each session. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO LATE COMERS WILL BE ALLOWED.
In accordance with Ana Forrest’s policy, NO REFUNDS will be offered for cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Celebrating Your Practice
This Forrest Yoga workshop helps you cultivate and embrace a sense of compassion while reconnecting to your energy. Bring healing and inspiration (back) into your practice.
Saturday Oct 13th 10am-12:30pm
Building the Warrior Heart
With Forrest Yoga’s heart-opening asanas, you learn to breathe in a way that opens your core and gives the heart the support and counsel of the rest of the primary charkas. Learn to remove the emotional shielding from your heart so it can truly and honestly feel each new experience afresh.
Saturday Oct 13th 2:30pm-5pm
Use Forrest Yoga to connect to your core, shed what is not longer useful, keep what is of value and “with a breath of kindness blow the rest away.” Challenge and move your core energy into those areas where it has yet to be. Come sweat, breathe deeply and enter the incredible mystery of your core. You will feel cleansed, refreshed and alive.
Sunday Oct 14th 10am-12:30pm
Heal Your Back
Tired of back pain? In this session, Ana will teach you how to use pranayama and asana to heal back pain. Learn how to bring fresh oxygen, blood and nerve energy into your painful areas, while you release toxins and tensions that may have accumulated.
