What is the coolest place you’ve ever visited?
There is something about New Orleans that I am fascinated by - it may not be the farthest or most exotic of my travels, but it’s a place that keeps drawing me back in.

It changes depending on my specific intention or need, but in some form is always a reflection of being open to the universe & grateful for the journey.
Best part about being a yoga instructor?
Being a yoga instructor :) It is truly that simple for me - this has been a goal of mine for sometime now, and a journey that I wasn’t always sure was I was moving forward in - so I am grateful to be here & grateful to everyone who shows up to class each week! I love the opportunity to hold space for others and to learn and grow in my own practice through teaching.
Favorite TV show?
TV Show: “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” - There is just so much in that show that is amazing … seriously, I’ve even thought about teaching it as part of a unit to my English students.
What do you do for fun?
When I have the time I like to travel; while I love an adventure far away and in some place new, as long as I am able to explore and wander I am happy - even if it’s simply walking around the city without a destination.

Mexican food & chocolate

I have lived in 8 different States. This coming July I will officially have lived back in Salt Lake City the longest I’ve lived anywhere since 2000 - 5 long years!

Who is your celebrity crush?
The Rock - although, some of my closest friends and family will tell you it’s The Rock AND John Cena. Yes, I do yoga and I used to watch WWE!
What is your favorite yoga style to practice or teach?
Yin for both - I love the meditative quality of Yin and how it allows me to check-in and process what’s going on in my body, mind and life.
